Quechua Tents
Quechua was started in 1997 in a three room flat in Sallanches in Haute Savoie. The first Quechua products were designed and tested on the slopes of the nearby mountains. One of the companys signature product lines is their tents, which are known for their reliability and affordability.
Quechua tents are sturdy and easy to set up, whether you’re planning a simple family camping trip or an extreme adventure through the snowy mountains. Quechua tents fall under one of five categories: family, instant, mountain hiking, small dome and shelter. Quechua places a model number next to each of their models to indicate the time it takes to set up, the number of people, the number of rooms, the relative size of the tent and the type of ventilation. For instance, the Quechua T4.2 XL Air takes some time to set up (2 to 5 minutes), can accompany 4 people, has 2 rooms, is extra large and has excellent ventilation.

Base Living: Models to use as a base camp. Available in individual and family models.
Hiking and Mountaneering: One of the most popular tents, they are both lightweight and compact. Models for 2 to 4 people. The Mountaineering models come with Tear-proof Ripstop® fabric and are quite resistent to snow.
Small Dome: A small classic tent you can pitch alone. Compact and easily transported. Great for an occational hiking trip. Available in 2 and 3 person models.
Shelters: Perfect for a simple temporary shelter from the sun or light rain. Get additional storage or extend your space with a tarp.
